Curated small-group adventures for your clients

uktravelagency is a comparison marketplace for independent UK tour operators. Your clients get immersive routes, scenic drives and local storytelling — from a Stonehenge morning out of London to Highlands loops from Edinburgh. You keep the client relationship; we help you find the right departure, group size and cancellation terms.

Why agencies use us

What makes uktravelagency different?

We focus on clarity and fit — not pushing a single coach brand. Compare like-for-like before you confirm with the operator.

Small-group focus

Typical caps of 12–16 guests help clients feel looked after, with time for photos and unhurried stops.

Itineraries you can explain

Meeting points, duration, inclusions and operator names sit on every listing so proposals are easy to defend.

Trusted on-the-ground teams

Driver-guides and local hosts bring routes to life — you book with the operator named on the experience.

Stays when included

Multi-day products show whether accommodation is in the package or arranged separately — no surprises at invoice time.

What’s in it for your agency?

We value long-term agency relationships. Registered partners can access trade-friendly rates on eligible departures, dedicated contact for quotes and amendments, and marketing copy you can adapt for proposals. Featured operators on uktravelagency maintain strong guest feedback — we surface ratings and review counts so you can match clients to the right trip.

We are a marketplace, not one fleet. You compare independent operators side by side — group size, meeting point, inclusions and cancellation rules — then book with the company that runs the tour.
Use the apply link on this page or email us via Contact with your agency details, ATOL/ABTA or equivalent references where relevant, and the regions you sell most. We respond within a few working days.
Trade terms depend on operator and product type. Once registered, we share applicable agency rates and how commission or net pricing is confirmed on each booking.
You shortlist experiences on uktravelagency, we help confirm availability with the operator, and the client contract is with that operator. We document who holds the booking and what is included before payment.
Pre-travel questions, date changes where policy allows, and pointers to operator meeting points and luggage rules. Day-of support is from the operator running the departure.
Many operators offer private upgrades or custom group sizes. Tell us dates, party size and must-sees — we will flag feasible options from the marketplace or suggest a bespoke enquiry.
The operating company and their driver-guide lead on the day. uktravelagency helps before departure and coordinates with operators on booking issues within their policies.
Each operator sets their own policy — shown on the experience page. We highlight free-cancellation windows where operators offer them so you can advise clients accurately.
Most day trips list a central meeting point (often London or Edinburgh). Multi-day routes show start city and pickup notes. Filters on Experiences help you match departure city to your client’s hotel.
